Sanford Rose Associates Search Consultants lead Client-Employers and candidates through the search process to a successful conclusion-hiring the best candidate!

This includes: Assessing the position, discovering subtle but important requirements, recruiting and referencing a spectrum of qualified candidates, orchestrating interviews, analyzing qualifications and compensation of contenders, consulting during final selection, negotiating the offer, obtaining acceptance, on-boarding assistance. SRA’s fees may vary, they are computed using an agreed formula based on the level, complexity and compensation of the position to be filled.

Executive Search - CEO, President, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO, SrVP, EVP, Group/Div VP SRA is engaged as a participating member with the Client Search Committee. Client pays 3 equal installments-at initiation, at interviewing of second candidate and at offer acceptance. SRA’s is fully reimbursed for any expenses as agreed.

Retained Search - VP, Director, Manager, Confidential, Replacement SRA is engaged to help in development of a position description. Requires a retainer and the balance is paid at the start date. Pre-approved expenses are paid by Client.

Contingent Search - Supervisory, Technical, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Staff SRA is exclusive or semi-exclusive and has full access to Client Management. No additional expenses unless requested by Client.

Contract Staffing - Executive (AA), Consultant, Technical, IT, Retiree Lease-back SRA Consultant provides services by the hour to Client through SRA’s Affiliate-Tech Center. Weekly invoicing at an agreed mark-up for each assignment. Buyout Options.

Consulting Services - Succession Planning, Compensation Studies, Turnover Analysis, Candidate Evaluation-screening, referencing, testing, background checking, drug testing. Contract Recruiters are available by the day for projects or for long-term assignments at the client’s facility.
